The theme of this quilt pattern is floral garden. The quilt features two large applique/embroidery blocks and eight small embroidery blocks.
Instructions for both the quilt and cushion projects are included in this pattern, and instructions for both applique and embroidery options. In my quilt, the two large blocks are stitched in applique, and I have also used a little applique in a couple of the smaller blocks too. However, you can choose to stitch the larger designs in embroidery if you wish. I love to mix these techniques. I have presented the large blocks as embroidery in the cushions, which are also included. The pattern is presented in larger size format, with full size line artwork of the stitchery/embroidery designs. The finished size of the quilt is 44in square, and the cushions are 16in square.
