Louisa’s Garden is, in essence, a sampler quilt. The central design can be worked as a stitchery or
applique (in wool or cotton). A great project for the beginner to intermediate quilter. It also is a great size for a gift.
We have included our “how to sheets” which allow the more experienced quilter not to have to
read detailed instructions within the pattern, but allows the less experienced quilter to learn a new
technique.
Techniques used in these quilts are:
- ï‚· Machine piecing
- ï‚· Wool applique or Needleturn or Blanket
